General Conditions of Use

The site, is published by the AUDIVOX Company, whose registered office is located at 26 av Tony Garnier, 69007 Lyon FRANCE The company is registered in the Lyon Companies Register under No 410 903 199. These General Conditions of Use are concluded between the AUDIVOX Company and a User.

Article 1. Object

The purpose of this agreement is to outline the general terms and conditions according to which AUDIVOX makes its service available to the User, through use of the browser extension (or a partner browser extension) and’s website. The user is free to decide whether or not to install the extension. The extension terms are indicated during the installation process. By using the said service you implicitly accept the present General Conditions. If a User fails to comply with the present General Conditions, AUDIVOX reserves the right to refuse access to the service. Where appropriate the General Conditions are supplemented by specific Conditions of Use, relating to certain services and specified in the relevant heading on the Site. All new features, which improve or supplement one or more of the existing services or any totally new service launched by AUDIVOX shall be subject to the present General Conditions.

Article 2. Services

The Site provides the User with access to services, where he can consult data, results and summary documents. There is a complete description of the services available on the Site. Users are bound to comply with the technical instructions provided on the Site in order to use the services offered with optimum efficiency. The User acknowledges that he is solely responsible for the installation, maintenance and inspection of the technical configuration required to connect to the Site and to use its services.

Article 3. Intellectual property - property of information

AUDIVOX retains the intellectual property rights in the Site content. AUDIVOX shall grant a non-exclusive license to use the services, which it publishes in compliance with the present General Conditions of Use. The User undertakes to reserve the rights, which he obtains from the service, to private use for his own needs to the exclusion of any commercial use whatsoever. Subject to the rights granted above to the User, it is in particular forbidden to copy, reproduce, represent, modify and/or exploit, in any way whatsoever and for any purpose whatsoever, the services of this Site, in whole or in part. In the event of any contravention the User shall be subject to civil or criminal prosecution for breach of intellectual property rights.

Article 4. Availability of the service

AUDIVOX makes every possible effort to keep the Service accessible 7 days out of 7 and 24 hours out of 24 hours, subject to necessary maintenance operations, possible failure, interruptions to the Internet network, an event of force majeure or any occurrence beyond its control. AUDIVOX may suspend access in particular for maintenance operations and updates or for any other reason, in particular for technical reasons. AUDIVOX is on no account liable for these interruptions and the consequences which may arise therefrom for the User. AUDIVOX shall on no account be held responsible for the reliability of the data transmission, access and response times for consulting, interrogating or transferring data, for possible cases of suspension or interruption of access to Internet networks or Internet services, in particular in the event of failure of the User's reception material or line and, more generally, for the technical performance of the Internet.

Article 5. Limitation of liability

AUDIVOX shall not be liable for any damage and in particular AUDIVOX may not be held liable for any consequential, incidental or special damage or damages for loss of profit, loss of income or loss of use arising from or related to these services or these data provided by the latter, whether this damage or these damages arise from a contract, from negligence or from an offence, if AUDIVOX has been notified of the possibility of such damage.
